Dear Sir/Madam,

I am really very upset by the service provided by Telus, last month they ask me to pay 2 months bill while all my previous bills are paid.

All 3 customer representative I talked were look like they dont have enough knowladge about accounts.

Than I requested them to talk to their manager, but after sometime they hungup.

I believe that Telus is a big company and they provide professional service to their valued customer, they listen to them and solve their problem.
